TICKET BOOKING 
Tickets may be booked via telephone or e-mail: bilety@filharmonia.gda.pl
The e-mail bookings are valid only upon receiving a confirmation in reply. 
The time of the ticket purchase is defined in during the booking process. Tickets that are not collected until the time specified in the booking shall be cancelled without a notice. 

 

BUYING TICKETS 

You can buy a ticket to the Philharmonic online. 

You can do it via the online ticketing service: www.bilety24.pl .  

It is also possible to buy ticket in a traditional way, the philharmonic’s box offices directly. 

 

MEDIA INVITATION 

Media Invitations must be collected no later than 30 minutes before a concert. 

Media Invitations ensure the best places currently available in the ticketing service. 

If no such places are available, Media Invitations are treated as ENTRY PASSES.

Booked tickets may be paid in an agreed time by a bank transfer to the following bank account:

As a title of your transfer, please put the name that the booking has been made for as well as the title of the show. The tickets paid by a bank transfer may be collected at the Philharmonic’s box offices upon two working days from making the transfer or directly before the show. 

 

Individual clients may collect the tickets when showing their ID card or the transfer receipt. Representatives of institutions should present the transfer receipt or an authorization for ticket collection issued by the institution. 

 

VAT INVOICES 

 

According to the tax regulations, the Polish Baltic Philharmonic issues VAT invoices for individual clients only when clearly expressed within seven days from the time or purchase or making a bank transfer.
