Tickets for all concerts organized by PFB are available for sale online from the Philharmonic website and on the website Tickets24.
When purchasing tickets online, a commission fee is added to the price.

TICKET BOOKING

A reservation made by e-mail is only valid after receiving confirmation by return mail.
The ticket purchase date is specified during booking. Booked tickets that are not paid by this time will be canceled without notice.

Reservations for educational concerts must be received no later than two weeks before the event date.

DISCOUNT TICKETS 

Upon presentation of the appropriate document, they are entitled to:

  • students
  • students up to 26 years of age
  • retirees and pensioners

FAMILY TICKETS

Valid for family concerts. One family ticket includes entrance two adults (parents, grandparents or guardians) i own children (price is given each time for a given event).
Family tickets can only be purchased at the PFB ticket office.
Promotions cannot be combined.

PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods: cash, payment cards, transfer.

You can pay for your booked tickets on the agreed date by bank transfer to the following bank account:

In the transfer title, please enter the name (or name of the institution) for which the reservation was made and the date and title of the concert. Tickets paid in this way can be collected at the PFB ticket office 2 business days after the transfer or immediately before the event.

Individual customers can collect tickets paid by transfer upon presenting an ID document or transfer confirmation. Institutional customers should present transfer confirmation or authorization to collect tickets issued by a given institution.

VAT INVOICES

PFB issues invoices in accordance with applicable regulations for tickets purchased at the Philharmonic box office. 
Finvoices for tickets purchased via the Tickets 24 website are issued during the purchase process after selecting the "VAT invoice" option.

TICKET RETURNS

After purchasing tickets, the ticket office does not accept returns (this also applies to season tickets), except in the case of cancellation or change of the event date.

MEDIA ENTRIES

Please collect your order no later than 1 hour before the concert on the day of the event.
Media passes provide the best designated seat available in the sales system at that time. If they are not available, we do not guarantee seats.
Tickets can be collected only at the PFB ticket office.

The plan applies only to PFB's own concerts.

INFORMATION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Disabled people who require a guardian have free entry to all events organized by PFB* upon presentation of an appropriate document.
The guardian of a disabled person is entitled to a reduced ticket.
The offer does not include New Year's Eve concerts, balls and impresario events.
