Polish Baltic Philharmonic, which is the largest musical institution in Pomerania, currently has more than 80 outstanding instrumentalists, and administration team with a technical background. Artistic department institutions are involved in the coordination of activities of the PFB Symphony Orchestra and the organization of musical events at Ołowianka, directed by the artistic director George Tchitchinadze. The administration includes the rental department and recording studio, service department, technical and administrative teams. Financial department is headed by a Director Joanna Baranowska-Jakubczak. Whole of this vast institution headed by Managing Director prof. Roman Perucki. His initiative laid the fundaments for the Philharmonic's Music and Congress Centre on the Ołowianka, as well as the new headquarters of The Polish Baltic Frédéric Chopin Philharmonic in Gdańsk.
